Sorry for all the cursing, but this is a pet peeve of mine, and I’m done with it. I used to love the Christmas season DURING THE XMAS SEASON, for like one month. Now it’s like a political campaign that goes on and on and on. 🤬

Hip replacement surgeries (Jan. 10 & Feb. 28) update: Since going off all pain meds, I’ve been really sore whenever I do things, like all the physical stuff I have to do for my bakery, and it’s all soft tissue soreness. So, I started to take amino acids, even though I eat plenty of protein. It’s only been a few days, but the amino acids seem to helping - yay!! As for the off and on shooting pain in my foot, that’s my back. A new problem. Ugh. 😩 I waited too long to replace my hips.

Our coconut cake can be a layer cake, a sheet cake, and cupcakes! We use organic coconut, coconut milk, and Bacardi white rum (in the Swiss buttercream icing)! This particular cake skipped the rum, per request, and the icing was still delicious.
