I had a first round interview for the perfect job for me today. It appears I’ll move on to the next round, but I won’t know for sure until Monday morning. Don’t worry, the bakery will continue to thrive and grow with me at the helm, but if I get this job it will change my life AND help the bakery. I’ll have two jobs I love if I get this, and have the money to move on on with my life doing something I love, writing. I need this.

Today while I was in a meeting at a coffee shop with my Mom and a woman who will help our bakery get the funding we need to expand (important meeting, and mom is my business partner), a woman was walking by and trying to say hi to me. I didn’t recognize her, but I waved hi back. But, I didn’t do more than that, and I feel guilty about that. I didn’t want to interrupt the woman we were meeting with. Normally, I would have talked to someone who recognized me, and I feel guilt for today. 😬

@sentientdessert I love mac and cheese, and I love stuffed shells, but I would skip this. This is just part of the current food craze of piling stuff on top of stuff on top of stuff, stuffed with more stuff, with stuff poured on top. It doesn’t make it better.
