I commented on one post, “Do what you will, but make sure you’re not alone when you need someone to call 911 for you.” He didn’t want to hear from people who haven’t done it (I haven’t, but I did have a nervous break down once and stop eating and drinking anything at all for several days, which was followed by 6 days in the hospital.)
