@ceorl @Alfred It would all depend on which side of the boat they fell off of. The most important thing is for the person at the helm to keep their eye on the crew member all the times. You can jibe or tack, but you canโt take your eye off them or run them over. Also, throw the horseshoe life preserver thing right behind you to them before you do anything else. The wind could be doing one thing while the current does another. Itโs a quick judgement call, but keep your eyes one them.
