Cooper’s veto of the rethugs’ bill to do away with pistol permits. Meanwhile, her mother, Pat Cotham, is a saint, and she’s a rep too. Her mother is a democrat in word and deed (she feeds the homeless herself, etc.), and has publicly spoken out against her daughter’s intention to switch parties.
