Why is pain always worse at night? Ugh.
I did manage to get warm socks on both feet, though, and I think I deserve a medal for that (hip replacement surgery last Tuesday).
@LindaGoodliffe seriously thatโs no joke! Do you have people helping?
@Aicila I do, thank you. Iโll be okay. ๐ฅฐ
@LindaGoodliffe Maybe a heating pad? Do you have help?
@Ironworker229 Iโm only supposed to use cold the first week after surgery, but I do have one. Thank you ๐ฅฐ
@LindaGoodliffe Ah. Keep the inflammation down. Got it.
@LindaGoodliffe How's all that going? Progress?
@Ironworker229 Thank you for asking!! Iโm doing great! Iโm really sore tonight because last night I was on my feet for a couple of ours doing my culinary school assignment, then today the physical therapist kicked my butt. But, Iโm not using the walker anymore - yay!! Thank you for asking. ๐ฅฐ
@Ironworker229 HOURS not ours ๐
@LindaGoodliffe Well, that's what PT is for! Good to get rid of the walker. Just try not to overdo, but I'm sure your PT will keep an eye out...
@LindaGoodliffe
well done
