I have to bake about 50-60 pies between now and Monday morning. 😳 I’m freaking out. The flu is why I’m SO behind. 🤬

@NiveusLepus My Mom does the bakery with me, but she takes her stress out on me, which is just making this extra hard. She’s an extra set of hands, though.

@NiveusLepus Were you talking about my earlier COSO post about my baking stress, and I just went on a crazy tangent because I thought you were someone else from Twitter? 😬 So sorry! The baking stress war is kind of a tie right now. I’m still alive, but barely. You should see my raw hands, and everything hurts, and I’m not fun to be around. And, it wasn’t enough, and I will have to talk my way out of that mess tomorrow. 😖
@LindaGoodliffe We'd not met before, but that I'm always happy to listen. I can understand how this time of year would be especially stressful for bakers, and with the flu adding to it all.. ouch.
