Guess what time it is......

Every LE agency across the US including Federal agencies have SOP regarding gifts, gratuities. I'm not referring to a free cup of coffee from Dunkin Donuts, (though even my city's dept prohibits it) I am referring to the gifts mentioned below in the report. Coupled with the fact the "gifts" were given by reporters, some whom published leaked information, information these agents may have had knowledge of it is a gross violation of procedure. plain and simple

Perusing Social Media, drinking coffee, smoking a cigarette, it hit me like a 2 ton heavy thing. I need some "cool water" to wade in.. News feeds, the TL's, have become a contact sport...
outrage & selective rage,
silence & silencing,
debate met with attacks,
vitriol left unchallenged,
and even requests IRL to denounce, to admit, to apologize, to choose a side is all I see.
Seldom do I see levity anymore. but I do see tug of wars playing out. This is my response

I have on occasion been likened to this guy.. I'm convinced its cuz of my "lack o vertical" stature, however, those who know me say otherwise. Humbly I accept this.. and raise a glass with a smile, thinking

"okay, but I'm still a pain in the ass"

I will be ecstatic with this crap is over, but in the mean time.....
