The Nuisance Elf Department received the following image from a nightclub in downtown #COSO

Patrons became suspicious of the ingredients for a popular frozen margarita after small white hat was found in one of the glasses.

The bar owner Gargamel is a known associate of the Rogue Elf, however, it appears Micro Terror got to him before N.E.D. agents could question him.
