Local authorities detained who they thought was the Rogue Elf last night.

They pulled the suspect over after witnessing the pink roadster swerving from left to right in an erratic manner while the female passenger threw bags of an unknown substance out of the car.

Upon questioning the individual they quickly realized that it was just Ken trying to impress his date by wearing the outfit.
The substance in the bags turned out to be just pixie dust.
