Oh dear. We have a special needs adult here with his carer and others in the group. He keeps apologizing to his carer.
One of the most common things I get at work is patrons who are unable to log into their email on our public PCs, because they've completely forgotten their passwords due to the fact that they check their email solely on their phones.
