I'm fairly familiar with the Constitution. I don't believe it mentions "presidential immunity".

I'm glad Israel and Iran haven't engendered WW3. It would have clashed with my attendance at the LA Phil next Sunday.

You know who's really pissed off today? Hamas. It thought it was getting the regional war it wanted. Instead it was raid, counterraid, and done. Guess the mullahs don't want a full-out war which they would probably lose.

So far, Iranian state media are playing down the whole affair. That's no indication of how they will respond, but it's better than a poke in the eye.

Also, US officials confirm that Israel did NOT strike the nuclear facilities.
