In olden political days, candidates' camps would downplay their chances in a debate. It was called "lowering expectations". But it seems that the Trump minions, knowing their master is all ego, are hyping his chances. To me this seems... ill-advised. Especially when they're combining it with saying Harris will choke and is afraid of Donald.
