@LiberalLibrarian well we want summer after all the rain (which we needed in NORCAL) we got tired of all the cloudy days, now we decided we hate 107, running the central AC 24/7, cleaning the pool daily, I miss the rain
@LiberalLibrarian Nope, i never look forward to it. Anybody who says they love this season (especially in light of how damn hot it gets so early in the season) is lying to themselves about what Summer has become--you are Charlie Brown thinking you'll kick the ball (get a normal summer), but Lucy is gonna snatch it away and ruin it for you every damn time (make it hotter than hell).

My happiest place to live will always be Ketchikan, AK. 150 inches of rain a year, never too hot (for long), never too cold (for long). Besides, the ocean is right there free to enjoy!
