Right?! It's not just Alexa, either. Here in the Ozarks, I've gotten some amusing transcripts from messages left on Google Voice. Apparently, regional dialects are problematic, but at least they can provide a measure of comic relief every so often.
@LiberalLibrarian We ripped ours out and tossed it when we realized the effing thing was eavesdropping on every conversation within its range.....and that our ads (email, text, and browser popups) were being targeted as a result. Screw the comprehension issue.
