What's the point of taking Nexium if I'm still going to have acid in the middle of the night?

What's the point of taking Nexium if I'm still going to have acid in the middle of the night?
@LiberalLibrarian I take Prilosec before dinner and it works like a charm.
@LiberalLibrarian I thought I was actually having a heart attack until I started taking Prilosec but you can only take it for 14 days. It worked for me like a charm but I take it before dinner and sleep through the night.
