Today, is temporary. Whatever it takes to get through it, dig deep if you have to, perhaps only a minute at a time, but that's one minute behind you when you've made it to the other side.

Take those deep breaths, discover what you have inside you to set fire to that which hurts, is holding you back or raises questions you seem to not have answers for. Set it all ablaze and go forth.
