I asked a question of my hubby while out to earlier dinner (we are not going to ring in the new year, it’s bedtime). “What was the best part of 2022?” Then I asked my kids (including spouses). It’s been fun hearing, reading the answers. Mine was getting to babysit my newest granddaughter on Wednesdays. Now I’m asking you, to anyone who wants to answer.
What was the best part of 2022 for you?
@Ellomumsy My second grandson was born on November first and my son proposed to his girlfriend on Christmas Eve.
@Ellomumsy I guess I should have prefaced, my daughter has my grandsons, my son has none…LOL, Happy New Year!
@LexVol his turn next! Still waiting on my son and daughter-in-law! My oldest daughter has 2 children but lives in CT (we are in MA) so my babysitting for them is more sporadic. My youngest daughter just had her first and I drive an hour and change to babysit her every week (worth every mile).
@Ellomumsy My wife retired from teaching when my 1st grandson was born to watch him here at our home while my daughter works , so I have gotten to be that he with him pretty much every day. And now I have a second, I’m so blessed. I can’t wait for more. Grandchildren are the best,
