@NiveusLepus Congrats on getting back on that horse, that's awesome! Keep it going! #Fitness
@NiveusLepus I feel you! I had COVID back in early August and it took quite some time to get back to pre-COVID workout intensity. I hope you can get back in the groove.
@LexVol I have a sticker on the back of my truck. "I run to burn off the crazy"
My morning workouts really do help me sort my stress and find peace for my day. It's a great incentive to push through the hard times.
Burnout sometimes happens, but only when I get tunnel vision about letting myself rest.
@NiveusLepus Totally agree! Working out helps keep my sanity in check. I do some light cardio in the morning and I workout in the evening and I can work off any stress and have peace and calmness. Thanks for the follow!
@LexVol It's truly awesome to make your acquaintance! Thank you so much for the encouragement.
@NiveusLepus Likewise! I've been working out in some shape or form for years. I love to see others trying to take better care of themselves whatever their reasons may be. I can be your friendly CoSo fitness coach! LOL! I hope you have a great day!
@LexVol Covid is monstrous that way. I'm glad you've beaten it and are back to the plan!
@LexVol Yeah it's been a road! I got injured in October, and ever since its been a seemingly never ending cavalcade of recovery days and light days, but we're finally back to it!
I'm training smarter, learned some new tricks and am excited to see how far it takes me.
