While there has been a downward trend in discourse for decades, one true cliff on the downward trend was the introduction of "just saying" to the general lexicon.

You see, "just saying" allows you to say whatever bullshit you want in any conversation without taking responsibility for whether it was true or even applicable to whatever topic was being discussed.

Stomp on "just saying" whenever you see it and call out the perpetrators. They are the enemies of humanity.
