I found this in my grandmother’s things. A blizzard rolled through November 25, 1950. My grandparent’s farm is in the distance on the right.

These are the kind of snows I was used to when I was a kid. It would snow before Thanksgiving and the ground would be snow covered until March.

Now, we are lucky to have one major snowfall all winter.

These are a couple pictures of the inside of their farmhouse taken after the property was sold. The woodwork was just beautiful. The old wallpaper was unique but standard for the time. Grandmother lived here until she was 99, still mowed the lawn herself and tended to her garden until she fell and broke a hip. She lived to be 103.

@CherNohio Lovely and charming home. Someone is lucky to buy it. I hope they care for it and take it through yet another 100 years.

It was restored by the buyers into a lovely home. Since, it's been sold again. They, too, are taking great care of it.
