Pre-Thanksgiving prep work is done. I think I work as hard (or harder) the day before hosting Thanksgiving dinner. Some wine and a bit of chillaxin' is now in order.

Back when I did Thanksgiving, I'd make desserts the day before, toast & cut the bread for dressing, and cut giblets.
These days, I'm alone and thinking about making Mac-and-cheese tomorrow. Dinner is a lot of work, so enjoy it while it's the way it is.
