Today is the last day of October. I always schedule my annual mammograms in October. Don't always do it in October, but I get it scheduled.
Called and made my appointment this morning. Pushed it to the last day, but I got it done and kept up my many years long habit self care.
@LauraLyon451 I also do mine in October! Got mine done last Friday. Otherwise it would have been November, and I couldn’t break with tradition…
