Couple months ago, the notice in the mail came in showing voting information. Where the local place is, or other early/mail in options, etc. I returned it with the option checked to mail in. Days later, I received my ballot in the mail, sat down and googled everything. For some asinine reason, this of all things doesn't have prepaid postage...but there are also drop boxes scattered anyway. I don't know why this 1. Isn't a more widespread option and 2. More people who can do it don't.

Snow doesn't need to be present for me to declare it winter. Two nose bleeds in a week. It's dry, it's winter.

My nose is your grandfather's trick knee that aches before the storm.

Been a while since I asked about this...

Any Collider/Schmoe fans out there?

My Halloween costume was my Mets garb. I think we all know why.

Idea for real estate search criteria: distance from neighbors/nearest house.

Bonus points to anyone who responds to a Trick or Treater with "can I smell your feet?"

(I am NOT responsible for any registries you end up on!)

My friends call me a hermit. My last two toots work as a supporting argument. There is a general disdain for people sewn into my antisocial leanings.

I don't care how good your team is. Fans like this don't deserve a championship. "I didn't mean to hit him"... THEN DON'T THROW ANYTHING, YA MORON.

Excuse my lack of smarts, but how does it make sense for say, Trump, to cite quotes from someone like Reid (who isn't exactly father of the revolution status himself) in 1993 as defense for this 14th amendment stuff? It's basically saying that your opinion can't change over the course of 25 years. (I'm really aiming at the principle/basis for the argument here, not either sides actual point)

It suuuucks to lose a World Series...and dear God, twice in a row? I'm not happy that the Saux are about to take it, but they are the lesser of two evils. Can't help but feel sorry for Dodger fans though. Ah well, congrats Boston. Winningest team in the majors, set a team wins record, and are about to be the best for the fourth time in 15 years. You've come a llloooonnnggg way since the days of the curse.

Who out there has one of those I guess "smart" refrigerators? Do you have to manually input or scan everything you put in there...or is that not how they work?

I should clarify that this comment goes towards reviewing the new Netflix show.

Maaaan that old Sabrina show fell REALLY far from the source material tree. I guess that was the ABC/TGIF programming influence. Some things I miss, but all around quintessential October material.

When you open the door to let your dogs in and outside REEKS of skunk...

(they were not sprayed, likely just sprayed at. Bullet dodged.)

Looking through vacation pics from Oregon. Might be the nicest looking state that I'm not interested in returning to. Not a knock...some places are beautiful but only necessary once.

I'm not sure how the inning ended up going, but if Machado had actually ran during that long single, would the Dodgers have had a lead to avoid the marathon?

Also: it took a lot of down right sprinting (and taking advantage of over throws) for the Saux to pull even and then for the Dodgers to be in a position to walk it off as well.

Hope Machado was paying attention.

Manny Machado will not make me actually want the Saux to win this year, but I sure as hell don't think he deserves it. Also, F Chase Utley. Suppose this make the Sux quite literally the lesser of two evils.

I've never been more conflicted about a World Series and I had really hoped I could just ignore this year's.

In stunningly good baseball news for Mets fans...the GM race is down to Chaim Bloom and Brodie Van...er...BVW as I like to call him. Melvin out and the elder Wilpon is being checked for a pulse.

Until Monday when the search gets restarted.

Is it just my zip code or is it only Democrats running ads on Hulu?

Somethings about gambling I never understood...like odds. Thought I understood the spread as betting on the difference in scores. Wife won an office pool and they explained how she won (she just picked a number). When she relayed to me how they do it (/how it's done?) I can't help but think it's unnecessarily complicated.
