The Taibbi tweet thread made sure to exonerate Jack of any wrong doing.
Jack, going back to interviews on jre, has always wanted a wild west version of twitter. I think that somewhere between being public and not wanting to exercise any unilateral authority in at least certain areas tied his hands a bit.
