Can run for 40 minutes, sweat like a pig, but be okay on cardio.
Can run faster for 12 minutes, be a little and do another 30 minutes of lifting and be ready for my day to be over.
But give me 5 minutes of live drills in jiu jitsu after 40 minutes of warm ups and practice and I'm on my death bed PLUS all kinds of achy the next day.
