I'm pretty sure it's tied to your account, not the device. Might just be a glitch.
@Heucuva8 @XSGeek @th3j35t3r the one last possibility is that if some how, once my old phone is fixed and I can transfer everything, that somehow access actually migrates.
I only brought all of this up because I had no recollection of it ever being mentioned.
