So we're considering putting a guy on the SCOTUS bench who thinks the FBI is useless and whose difference in demeanor between when an R and a D speaks to him clearly shows a bias.

@th3j35t3r yesterday when Trump was questioned about rescinding the nomination, he did leave the door open basing it on today's (and likely the subpoenaed testimonies stemming from this). Typically that's responsible. For him though, I'm not sure he opens that door without intent of actually using it.
