Did anyone buy or is thinking about getting the Kindle Scribe?

I think I accidentally deleted my last thought so sorry if I’m repeating myself but the interesting and sad part this week since Harley left us is that Shadow and Churro are much better together. They’d never even be in the same room before and now look at this.

Did I show you the cat we’re going to see? We’re driving to Tehachapi (geez) to check out Crookshanks -I want to change his name though.

In case it doesn’t work out the foster has other cats and there are loads more in the area. I really want a Maine Coon but I’m not buying one! All of my pets (except rando 🐠) have been from shelters or foster groups.

I’m getting another fixed male cat because I’ve always found they are the most loving. Just me? I guess all cats have different personalities and histories. That’s one of the reasons why I’m keen to get a slightly older cat so the foster knows their personality and we’ll know if it’s the right fit for us.

I’ve had two cats for years and years (and the dog) in the house together but since the old cat has passed away and we’re bringing a new cat home, should I buy this stuff? Has anyone used it before?

We’re going to check out some foster cats to adopt (only one!!!) today. I’m excited because I get to play with cats to see which ones like me.

Oh and these are the funny name cats, not the ones we’re looking at adopting. Although I’m sure these would be good pets too.

I’ve spent much of today looking at shelters and other places to adopt cats. No one will replace Harley but we’ve got space for another cat so why not help out one that needs a home.

I forgot how stressful it is (not quite stressful but exciting and hopeful you’ll get picked) when trying to adopt pets.

For fun we looked up funny pet names that some pets are given when their fosters are looking for homes for them.

Happy Turkey Day!

I’m a dual citizen and I love thanksgiving but it’s never quite felt like “my” holiday. Because of this I support my kids in spending time with their dad and his family and their traditions and I’m going to be home solo. But first, I am going to walk a 5k with my friend.

Sad update - no sign of my calico cat Harley so we’re assuming she decided to run away so she could pass away in peace. She was a great cat, with some medical issues and we were trying to keep her alive and happy as long as we could. We’ll miss her a lot.

We have a bad feeling that our older cat, Harley who is sick has run away to die. We can’t find her in the house and we’re hoping she’s just hiding. Haven’t seen her for a couple days. 😞
