Happy Boxing Day! I’m often asked what Boxing Day means and no, it’s got nothing to do with fighting; its the day we celebrate Seven, my lucky number, and 1990s Brad Pitt❓🎁 💀
If you do a quick Google search you’ll see that there are a few ideas as to why it got this name but it’s most likely from the wealthy giving gifts to their servants or money to the poor on the day after Christmas.

What does it mean to me? I’ve not celebrated it in like 20+ years but when I think of Boxing Day I think of cricket and music and friends and BBQ. It’s like the Friendsgiving of Christmas, or at least it was. I hope you all have the day off today to relax, even if you’re not in the Commonwealth.
