Happy Turkey Day!
(I don’t like turkey)
TBH, I don’t like turkey at all. Last time I like to eat it was as a young boy at my grandmother’s (dad’s mum). Even then, ark meat only… and her stuffing was freaking ridiculously good.
@Luber905 I like all the other side dishes and things but the turkey is ok. It’s no roast lamb.
Wait, what? Roast lamb is on a whole different plane of existence. If lamb was the Thanksgiving ritual, I may be more engaged in the meal!!!

Lamb makes for an exquisite meal. Roast, grilled lamb chops w/lemon, balsamic rack of lamb… flavourful and moist and tender… with some garlic/oregano/lemon Greek style roast potato, and I’m done!
