I know folks have framed the destruction of Tw as a good thing, as it surely does create room for growth and opens the possibility for reworking social media.

This was perhaps inevitable and necessary to some degree.

But I do feel badly for the folks who had valuable, even life-saving connections there. Or enduring friendships.

Everyone will grow along with this but it comes through a painful loss for many.
