Ok I behaved and only bought three games on Steam Sale: Rimworld, Witcher 3, & Horizon Zero Dawn. I did end up returning Zero Dawn, I didn't care for the combat & keybinding so much..

With Rimworlds new DLC dropping I'm surprised that the base game was only 20% off.
