How to survive university without having a mental breakdown everyday? 🙃

@Kryfast I was like that too.

I learned it's an endurance contest *in addition* to classes. Can I make it thru this semester or will I take the excuse that is waiting for me. There is always a solid reason to quit.

I prioritized study time above anything else in my life (was adult student with family). Studied 4-6 am every day.

Above all, learned that my study time is my "me" time investing in my future. This helped me not feel sorry for myself.

Hope any part of this helps.

@kerrywth that's a good ideia! I can't apply that to me though due to my lack of memory and attention span. I struggle to learn even with a lot of hours of studying.

@Kryfast I too had memory issues, learned years later it was . I don't know if this will help you, it did help me memorize masses of info long enough to pass tests. I could compress a page of info down to one sentence, then decompress it for the test.
