@Kriselda because she voted for both Kavanaugh and The Handmaiden while handwaving that they were moderates who would never DO something exactly like this, despite all indication to the contrary.
@Kriselda because she could have voted against beer kavanaugh & amy covid ferret, but stated she was sure they would respect stare decisis doctrine & she voted for both. iirc, a no vote from her would have broken a senate tie.
@Kriselda Because when Kavenaugh was being touted as a Supreme Court justice ,it was brought to her attention that he might join the other SCOTUS in overturning Roe vs Wade. She said at the time that Kavenaugh considered R vs W a “settled” law and we should not be concerned…then voted to confirm him.
