Traveling west, going south on a roundabout. Another driver was heading south (going south) in outside lane. THe roundabout is marked so that I go from inside, to outside.

Southbound driver was stopped as I entered round about, looked at me, then looked forward and accelerated. They thought i was going to stay on inbound lane, and instead they cut me off and failed to yield.

Just glad i was going slow enough to stop
