As of 9/20, there's no lockup preventing Trump from selling any (or all) of his shares in . It closed today at $14.70, meaning Trump's 60% of the company has a market cap of ~$1.8B.

Two impediments to sale:
1. Selling in volume might tank the price &
2. Trump publicly pledged not to sell.

I am not a stock market guy, but i think also he needs to file in advance he is going to sell. or run into some regulatory issues as well as violaitons for stock manipulation

Either way, he might be able to sell, but it would be a long time before he could liquidate the assets

@Kinnison @SaltyVeruca Ahhh, but he can borrow against his stake. Even if banks won't go for it he can get a wealthy individual who thinks it's good business to get on the good side of a maybe future president to lend the value, AND he may not be required to disclose it.

Even Devin , the former Republican congressman who now serves as Trump Media’s CEO and president, dumped $632,000 worth of stock last week.
