There has to be actual harm and damages. There isn't much law that covers incitement
Instead you need the same methods and systematic changes in the media culture with the same code of ethics that stopped Yellow Journalism

I watched that interview with Dana Bash and was *floored* by that line, among other statements he made.
Bash was pitiful. She left solid questions unanswered with minimal follow-up and essentially gave Vance a far right platform on the Sunday morning show.
