It's there already. They've been weirdly calling Michelle Obama "a man" (or "Mike") for years. They'll do it to any woman who has biceps, or short hair, or doesn't wear makeup, or whom they just don't like.
They're all quite sure they can instantly pick out who's cis and who's trans and they're wrong all the time.
