You Know why I think the campaign to make Biden not run for re-election is and will fail?
No one is being asked the follow up question. Because the options are bad
Who will be Kamala Harris' VP?
If not Harris. How will the replacement get on the ballot and raise $200 million in four months without #GOP and #SCOTUS interference?
And how many voters for Biden will end up not voting because of all of the above?
More and more it looks like an Astroturf campaign to help Trump
Rumor is a group of NY donors have committed $2M to HMP, the House Dem super PAC, to help the Dems who came out early against/criticizing Biden -- Angie Craig, Marie Glusenkamp Perez, Jared Golden and Pat Ryan
Donors include Mike novogratz, Nancy and Andrew Jarecki, Gideon and Zoe Stein and 30+ other donors.
FYI Mike Novogratz had a fundraising meeting with Ted Cruz
looks more and more like an Astroturf campaign by rich people
@Kinnison The “obvious” choices are disliked by so many for various reasons. People would stay home. Can’t bring an unknown in. Too late for that. Hot mess. All of it.
Also, I keep hearing 4 months. It's not 4 months. Count from the DNC vote at their conference. Nothing will really be official until then. It's more like 10 weeks.
@Kinnison Exactly. I wish people would see that.
Also if VP Harris is now running for President. How many independent voters will switch due to the RNC screaming about thier misogyny, racism and even birthism towards VP Harris
In just the game theory. It is a bad move for Biden to drop out for everyone but Trump
