"Justice Juan Merchan just rescheduled next week’s hearing on Donald Trump’s potential gag order violations. It will now be Thursday morning, not Wednesday afternoon." WAPO story on Merchan kicking the ball down the road further. Why is this finding so hard to rule on? I don't get it.

very likely the delay was based on a request since Trump was planning a rally in Wisconsin on Wednesday

Also, very likely there is going to be a new gag order that is a lot more specific on what isn't acceptable, takes a while to lawyer-ese it , and the Judge could warn trump another violation could result in jail.
