#TikTok isn't going to divest from American subsidiary and sell it.

They will just shut it down instead of an American business see what is in thier code

Best they can do now is delay with litigation. Which would take about 4 years

Microsoft. Twitter. Google and meta are doing the same thing tiktok is. Only they are American companies so it is ok
