@Kinnison I hate to be a downer here amid the good news, but the 8-month delay has had a very bad impact, not only on troop morale, but Ukraine went from being on the offensive to giving up ground while rationing ammo.

Tee delay was all the fault of the Russian Republicans in the house and Mike Johnson. They thought they could tie a must pass bill with border security and it failed because of TFG
