Sitting at a bar with a couple next to me. The guy is very animated when he talks. Constantly tapping the bar with hands, fingers, arm to punctuate almost every word. And Constantly tapping his feet on the bars footrail
Incredibly distracting as I try to enjoy my beer.

I am not going to judge. Could just be excited and happy. Gonna let him be happy
Part of my bar time is exposing myself to lots of what i find to be annoying noises that can trigger my misophonia. Building up tolerance.
Just ... that was a bit much.
@Kinnison As I get older I find I am far more sensitive to noises. Forget flashing lights, they set the room spinning for me.
