Merrick isn’t to blame for delays in Trump’s election interference case

"It is like investigating a corrupt law firm"

Court delays because of covid. Claims of attorney client privilege, executive privilege and presidential immunity

@Kinnison We lost a year plus waiting for him to name Jack Smith...

@Boyceaz

WRONG

Jack smith was appointed as SC when Trump declared he was running for President to maintain impartiality of the DOJ

The IG was trying to purge Jan 6th supporters in the DOJ. Kind of stupid to investigate when the people investigating participated in the crime

@Boyceaz

did you even read the article?

"on Jan. 25, 2021, Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz announced an investigation into “whether any former or current DOJ official engaged in an improper attempt to have DOJ seek to alter the outcome of the 2020 Presidential Election.”

and do you understand that appointing a SC isn't when it started? it is Just someone who wasn't appointed by Biden to continue what was already started to avoid the appearance of conflict

@Kinnison I did not read the article. You probably don't want to waste any more time on me.
