If #SCOTUS decides in favor of Trump’s claim that a sitting president has immunity from prosecution, the logical and legal thing for Biden to do would be to simply assassinate him before the election
then assassinate .. idk. 5 of the 9 justices and replace them with far left liberal justices. if any Senator opposes their confirmation, he can have them assassinated to. All before January 21st 2025

@Kinnison If SCOTUS says that’s legal, then why shouldn’t the Dems do that - the GOP will if they get in power. To hope Trump et al wouldn’t do it is insanity.

If it does grant immunity, the ruling will say "This ruling only applies to R ex-presidents whose last name is Trump."
