It was a series of events. First it was the Lunar new years celebration the vehicle was trying to get ot the next pickup. Then the crowds confused it so it stopped. Blocking traffic. since there was no override or driver to help, So people got mad for it blocking the road.
Then skateboarder broke open a window
and because of the party a firework was thrown in
Which caused a fire.
