long story Short. to avoid doing a full QA and delay production it was recorded the door was opened to repair a pressure seal, not removed. So there was no QA inspecting to make sure the retaining bolts were replaced.
there were no bolts securing the door plug
Passengers and crew of #AlaskaAirline #boeing flight that lost the Door plug have been informed by the #FBI they are now victims of a criminal investigation
