Of note in the Maine ruling to disqualify Trump from the ballot, there were several arguments made. Notably. Trump did not need to be indicted, or guilty of insurrection for #14amendmentSec3 to apply and a Judge could rule on "The Preponderousness of evidence"
also Rejected the disqualification based on the 22nd amendment. Even if Trump Claimed to win the election thus making him illegible to run for a 3rd term ... he didn't actually win.
And Trumps legal team seems to be personally directed by Trump himself, and gets blasted in footnotes
