Despite what a Colorado says. I doubt many lawyers or Judges would agree that the Presidential oath of office is fundamentally different than any other oath of office.
that is some really bad Federalist society constitutional originalism to make the constitution say what ever you want to say.

The Colorado judge found that as a factual matter Trump incited an insurrection against the United States.

But somehow there is a carve out in the 14th amendment for a President. Which means according to him Biden could be President for life if he wanted to., and hand pick the next President as VP to continue the scam
